Generally very good. The parcel arrived within 12 days (to Australia) which was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the canvas and printing was excellent. Unfortunately the parcel was damaged in transit so we are awaiting to determine how the replacement process works.
Improvements or suggestions
I think it would be very helpful if more details could be provided about the process to be followed for replacing damaged goods. Initial contact has been made however after 3 days we have not received any clear information about the process.
