Van Gogh Museum Shop

I wanted to purchase limited edition Samsonite suitcase, the info on the web site stated world wide delivery via DHL. I contacted the shop before placing order and was told that DHL doesn’t deliver to home addresses in Russia and I should use my work address (this, in fact, isn’t true, because I often purchase at Shopbop, Farfetch, etc., and my orders are delivered via DHL to my home). Knowing well how custom clearance is done in Russia, I understand the mandatory usage of the same billing and shipping address for imported goods. I explained this to the manager, she promised to clear this with DHL, but she never contacted me again and didn’t reply to my last letter. Than I decided to try again and simply placed the order. I was charged €372 on 19.06.2018. Almost a week later I started to worry, where my order is and contacted the shop again. I was told (by a different manager) that they can’t ship it to my home address and I can use my work address or get refund. I don’t want refund. I want this suitcase, I know that DHL delivers to Russian home address depending on original contract with the shop. And I know lots of different shipping couriers available for delivery and I am ready to switch to another company. I live in the capital of the world’s largest country, it has its complications, but it’s not the Moon in the middle of the space...
