I bought a replica of "The Chambre "on the 2nd May at the Museum but after having just paid I cancelleled the order because I decided to buy "Garden with Courtin Couples" . The shop asistant told me that there would no t be any problem and I would receive the refund of the first buying in a months time.
After 5 days I received "Garden with courting couples" which was a very good service but as for the cancelletation of the first painting "The Chambre" I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND AFTER NEARLY TWO MONTHS
I have written several emails and I have not got any answer. I AM DESPERATE.

DESPERATE. As I have explained above I have not received the refund of a cancellation I made the 2nd May. I was told I would receive it in a months time. And the worst is that you DO NOT REPLY TO MY EMAILS.
