I had a wonderful time when I recently visited the Museum. Upon returning I purchase 3 tea mugs over the internet. They arrived via DHL shipping to my home. Two of the tree mugs were broken. I was so disappointed. I contacted the carrier and the said to contact the museum. I did contact the shop customer service via the museum web site. I requested replacements and have sent pictures as requested. I look forward to a resolution soon. We enjoyed the museum very much and look forward to returning again.

Improvements or suggestions

The museum was delightful. Employees were polite and promptly replied to my email. I think the mugs purchased on internet should be better packed prior to international shipping so that the arrive undamaged. The package was clearly marked fragile , however when unpack the mugs were broken.
