A great range of exclusive products which are very collectable and in particular the Franz Collection.
I placed an online order after my trip to Amsterdam and the goods were well packaged and with me (in England) 3 days after placing the order which is very impressive.
Upon receipt, the goods were of an exceptional quality and exceeded my expectations. I will be buying more!
Improvements or suggestions
The service is great and I particularly liked the separation of the exclusive products from the rest.
A customer loyalty scheme would be good i.e. discount vouchers to entice further purchases!
I would be interested in knowing about the whole Franz range including Van Gogh.
