My experience with the online shop was simply awful. I have bought a Canvas that was supposed to be a present on Saturday the 24th of March. I tought that the item would have been delivered the following week.
Due to some technical problem at the Museum this did not happen. So in order to understand what was the problem I called the Customer Service. The experience has been a nightmare. All the agents of the customer service had no idea about what to do to resolve the problem. All of them told me they had no idea when the item can be delivered.
The only suggetion I have got was to cancel my order.
Following this suggestion I tried to cancel the order online. No one gave me a feedback yet. So even If I do not want the Canvas anymore due to your inefficiency I do not know if someone is taking care of me.

I asked several time an escalation contact like a Manager of the Museum and in 5 days I was not able to reach one.

I am a great fan of Van Gogh´s art but I will never have contact with you in future. I will discourage other people to have contact with you since this is the poorest service ever received.

Improvements or suggestions

The Company should hire people able to think with their own mind. The online service should be more transparent. All the instruction you have online are simply not true.
