It is not possible provide my feedback because the item purchased has not been delivered yet by UPS. Regarding UPS I can tell on my deep disappointment with such service. According to their tracking my purchase was scheduled to be delivered last Monday, 12th, March, and then everyday UPS has postponed the delivery for the coming day. The fact is that I am waiting for the package and perhaps it will be delivered tomorrow. It not a simple purchase, it is a birthday gift and I really feel frustrated with this experience so far, although I recognize it is not fault of VG museum but it is a fault caused by a service you has acquired and I, repeat, I paid for that.
Improvements or suggestions
I suggest that UPS should reimburse the amount I paid for the shipping service vis a vis this huge lack of commitment and responsibility with deadline informed in prior to me as customer.
