I visited the actual bookstore and located the items that I wanted to buy. Since the books were so heavy, and I was traveling, the salesperson recommended that I use the online service to purchase the items. I did and received them in the USA in just a few days after ordering them. I am very satisfied and will order again through this service. Thank you. Catherine Young
Improvements or suggestions
Regarding the online service, the Museum shop, one improvement that could be made is that a more complete listing of available publications be made available on the website. That way, one can browse through the list. Otherwise, one must enter the name of an item in the search box. If one is just browsing, and doesn’t know a name or subject of a publication, then it is more difficult to search for the item.
