The staff is very patient and friendly. But the website is not friendly. First there is no option to view all the items at one time. I had to check each classification to make sure no item is left and it's really a waste of time. Second, in the step2 of this survey I marked the stars but the system said I didn't, I refreshed the webpage and it got back to step1 with all the comments I answered disappeared! This is the second time I typed the comments and I will never type it for a third time.
