I was most impressed by the quality of the items that I purchased. The shipping time was very impressive. the only complaint that I have is that the prints I purchased were damaged. The damage was probably caused by bumping or by smashing the paper roll which contained the images. It was enough to cause a small tear. I have not yet had the prints framed so I do not know whether the damage will show through the glass on the finished product.
Improvements or suggestions
It would be nice to either have the prints replaced at a discounted price or to receive a discount on a future purchase.
