Thank you for asking for the feedback. I am a huge admirer of Van Gogh paintings. I booked painting on 8th november and i got it delivered bit late on 22nd november. Beside that, UPS asked me to pay extra 61.56 Euros. This was a new thing for me. I wanted to know if i can claim this money somehow.
