We wanted to purchase the Sunflowers poster with the Van Gogh Museum logo, which we saw in the museum shop. It wasn't in the website shop so we emailed the museum to ask how we could purchase it. The museum wrote back very quickly and advised that it would be available in the website shop by the end of the week. It was !! We purchased the poster and it arrived within a week !! The process was easy, smooth, efficient - just terrific !!

The only improvement I would suggest ...
Once we purchased the poster we received an email which said we would be provided with a delivery number which would allow us to track the delivery. We never received a follow up email with this information.
