I was greatly impressed when a customer rep from the online store contacted me directly in response to a somewhat casual remark that I was disappointed not to find everything from your stores in the online shop. She went out of her way to obtain a clutch purse for me that I was interested in, but did not buy due to time and space restrictions. Unfortunately, she could not help me find all the other items that I was interested in because I could not remember them all.
Improvements or suggestions
I suggest putting more of the "unusual" items online instead of the easy to obtain items like bookmarks, magnets, pens, etc. People are more inclined to buy that type of thing immediately because they are cheap and portable instead of buying the larger and/or more expensive items.
