My experience as a customer was eventually successful, but before that I had technical troubles which initially made me give up on my purchase. Although in the box where I needed to insert my address I could choose from the drop-down menu my country, Romania, the page continuously and invariably kept switching the country of destination to the Netherlands. So, after repeated attempts I gave up. Weeks later it occurred to me to try again using a different browser (Chrome, instead of Firefox), and this time everything went smoothly, but it was purely by chance that I did this and managed to complete my order.

Check for potential technical difficulties in the page where customers are asked to type in their address. See the problems I had described in the box above.
