This was my second purchase from the Van Gogh Museum Shop. I appreciate everything about it: The selection, the ease of browsing and purchasing on-line, the shipping information provided, its packaging, and, most especially, its reproductions. Correspondence is pleasant and informative. I am very happy with the two reproductions I purchased in this, my second, purchase.
Improvements or suggestions
I have no suggestions for improvements. On second thought, perhaps I do. Living in the U.S., where we insist on using inches and feet, and we Americans (at least I am) are not proficient using the metric system. If it would not increase costs, it would be helpful to have the conversions included for each piece. Otherwise, it is evident that the Museum places its patrons and customers foremost.
