The online store was completely broken when i tried to order something. the address area would blank out the moment I selected "USA" as the country. It was very frustrating and I tried in several browsers. Eventually, I placed the order and left "Netherlands" as the country and included a note about it and emailed them but it was very time consuming and frustrating.
Improvements or suggestions
Thoroughly test their own web store. i almost gave up entirely on the order, but could not find the product i wanted anywhere else.
