In general the service was great -- very quick delivery etc with reliable updates.
However the red poppies tote bag I ordered was suppose to come with a smaller change purse inside , I think.
But there wasn't one. Only the larger bag itself arrived.
Am I mistaken in thinking that the smaller bag was suppose to be included?
Improvements or suggestions
Well, I would give the company five stars still depending on what happens regarding the smaller purse that I thought would come inside the tote bag but didn't actually arrive.
