I am a huge fan of the Museum (and Van Gogh)m, of course) and that's why O was so sad when my Umbrella for Almond Blossom that I bought as a souvenir from my visito to the museum in February got stolen a few weeks ago. I immediately went to your web store to buy a new one but my purchase experience was not so great (not really your fault) but you should consider another transportation company. The company wanted me to pay 59 euros more (219 Reais) for the delivery and since this to me was a completely unfair amount that I wasn't expected (since I already paid 15 euros for the shipping) I had to refuse it which really made me sad. I know that the money I already paid you is lost but at least it went to support a Museum that I love.
Improvements or suggestions
Please consider another transportation company for Brazil that ships with regular mail methods (it may take longer but at least it won't charge any extra fees to the customer)
