Love the work. But several problems. We ordered a print and thought the dimensions were in inches not cm. You need to more clearly indicate the size for foreigners. Then when I realized we ordered the wrong size you would not accept a return in exchange for larger picture we wanted. I know they are hand crafted, but that is a very popular image and would have been easy to sell it to next customer. Then you did say I could receive a 20% discount on next order. I ordered but no discount. Then my note to you about it was not acknowledged. So I like the product but am very unhappy with the above. If you can fix with the 20% I was promised please do.
