One of the items I ordered was broken due to insufficient insulation in the box to protect during shipping. When I contacted them, they responded very quickly and shipped out a replacement free of charge. It was one of the best customer support experience I had in several years!

Hi! Thank you for your nice feedback. We will definitely keep this in consideration in terms of getting perhaps thicker walled boxed for internation shipments. So far, we have very little issues, but we are always for preventing damages during shipping of course.
