The glass bottle of Saphir Natural Cleaner had partially leaked in the package. It should be ensured before shipping that the glass bottle is tightly closed.

Thanks so much for your review. I'm really sorry to hear that the bottle leaked during shipping. Unfortunately, we’ve seen this happen occasionally with this particular cap design. It’s not ideal, but it's a design decision from Saphir and sadly something we can’t change on our end.
As a small gesture for the inconvenience, I’ve reimbursed your shipping costs. The refund should show up in your PayPal account within 2 to 3 days.
