Thank you for your feedback. I am only now reading back your emails and it seems that we were so focussed combining your order into one shipment we completely skipped over your inital questions. My apologies!
It seems you already used your first order discount with us in 2023, but we are happy to apply it again for you retroactively. That way you get the discount in the form of a refund from us. That seems only right after us missing your original question eventhough you are not technically eligable to get a discount again.
