They are extremely polite and helpful. When they was a slight delay they were honest about it and dealt with it superbly. Honesty is the most important criteria for me and this is an honest company. It’s when things go not according to plan is where you see the best in companies and their abilities to serve their customers. This company was very helpful and kept updating me about the delays at the various ports for me and helped with the queries the customs put to me. The people are also very kind and patient, helping me with my many questions over many days before my purchase. I wish them the best.
