Order proceeded smoothly until it was handed to the courier. The stated delivery time was not short and the price was high for the size and weight of the package. I waited in all day for the delivery, which continued to be shown as due, up to 20:00. It did not arrive until the following day - too late for my purposes. Not an experience which I shall repeat. customer services responded reasonably efficiently, but the 'compensation' offer was inadequate and did not align with the circumstances.
