Beautiful petals but it takes long to deliver. The information about the same day dispatch is misleading.

Hi Maciej, thanks for your positive comment! Can you tell us what's misleading about the information regarding dispatch? All orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are being dispatched the same day.
So as we did with your order, received on the 28th on 11:31, dispatched on the 28th. Perhaps your parcel has been delayed during the delivery process, sorry for that delay.
