The Doctor is very good. But the waiting time was extremely long - at around 3 months, as bad as the NHS, which defeats the purpose of going private. I was asked to do a video consultation instead, which I felt was not suitable for me, as I I had problems with my skin. Although I was made to pay in full at the time of making the appointment, I was asked for full payment again two/three times when I followed up to ask about cancellations - I had to send my receipt in to prove that I had already paid. Financial record keeping is very poor - this is why I have declined to let the clinic keep my card details.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your experience with payment left you feeling disappointed, as we strive for all our patients to have a positive, if not exceptional, experience from start to finish.
To clarify, the doctor you saw is the only one practising at our clinic who manages their own appointments and billing independently via an external agency. We are not involved in the financial arrangements for their consultations, and this agency’s policy is to take payment prior to the appointment. This is not how we operate at The Medical Chambers Kensington, where patients are always invoiced after their consultation.
