Professional doctors but very bad practice: disorganised and very focused on collecting money rather than providing a good service.

we're sorry to hear this as we want all our patients to have a good or better still great experience. But we are also pleased to say that it's not typical of our culture.
You saw the one doctor practising at our clinic for whom we do not collect fees. She uses an external agency with which we have no connection, and it is their practice to collect payment prior to the consultation. We do not do this.
It sounds like you had a good medical experience so hopefully you will continue to be one of our valued patients. Thank you
