Doctors are usually very good but it's regularly hard to get in touch with reception by phone (wait times more than 10 minutes). I also find the team aggressive with payment even when you have an authorisation number from your insurance company, they keep reminding you that should anything go wrong your credit card will be debited by the end of the day! Not a very nice way of being treated in a doctor's office.
Reply The Medical Chambers Kensington:
Florence, thank you for this feedback. And also, for giving me much more extensive feedback over email and the telephone. We have as you know viewed video of the interaction between our team member and you at reception and I hope that we can best summarise by saying that we have agreed to disagree. We don't think she was aggressive, and you have told me in one of your emails that she was slightly aggressive.
I have told you that we think that she could have done better, and we will include this interaction in our regular front of house training programme. Your feedback has been very helpful, and I thank you for it. Very best wishes.
