My treatment and the interaction with all staff was excellent. I was, however, surprised to receive two invoices a week apart. The first was for £165 which I paid immediately. Today, I received a second invoice for £130. Apparently, one charge is for the treatment and one for the hospital'. I do not understand this and I was not made aware that this would be the case prior to the treatment. In addition, I do not remember being charged in this way last year when I underwent a similar procedure.
