Great company, but I have not received my Elly cover yet due to some issue in Dublin with the delivery service.
Strengths
I love the Terapy products, however the postal service has let you down this time as I have yet to receive my Elly cover for my beanbag. I have contacted your customer service department for further advice.
Improvements or suggestions
The delivery service could be improved as I have not received my product from the Netherlands yet.
