Strengths
Great support pre and during trip, everything was very smoothly run and staff were very friendly and helpful to deal with.
Improvements or suggestions
Suggestions for Bushlore and the in car equipment. Some of she equipment was sub par, knives extremely blunt, utensils hopeless, the can opener was broken when we took it out to use it for the first time, there was a lots of a few things.
Bedding was very clean but pillows were barely a pillow, we ended up purchasing our own in Francistown.
All the actual 4wd equipment was great just the camping gear needs some review, especially when supporting a family who need to cook more and greater amounts.
