In general this was a simple exercise which resulted in a rapid delivery of the goods ordered on line. There was some confusion in the notification of the delivery process as the delivery details supplied did not include all the products. As two deliveries were expected it was a pleasant surprise to receive all the goods at once. That, however, raised the question of why was I charged for 2 deliveries when only one was made.
Strengths
The website is easy to navigate and the search facility is quick and precise. Delivery of goods is quick and efficient.
