Thank you for your feedback. While we regret that your experience was not as expected, we would like to clarify the situation.
Indeed, we made a mistake by sending the incorrect products – something that can unfortunately happen, as we are all human. However, as soon as you informed us, you indicated that you did not wish to receive the correct items, but preferred to return the order instead.
In response, we promptly provided you with a return label as requested, and once the return was processed, we issued a full refund a few days ago.
We are genuinely sorry for the initial error, but we did our best to resolve the issue swiftly and respectfully, fully in line with your wishes.
Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our service.
