Very helpful guy on the phone talked me through what I needed. It arrived promptly in good order. The walls in my house are very hard, which is why I needed the system as normal picture hooks do not work. The product (Click Rail) was easy to put up (by single female of advancing years.) The rail looks neat and it works.
