Improvements or suggestions
I encountered a problem recently and I thought it could use some improvement. I placed an order on Friday and it normally get's processed after the weekend. I forgot to add an item during the weekend so I tried to access my order very early in the morning on Monday. But i couldn't add the item to my order it seemed, or I thought I did at the end but then realised I placed a second order with the added item. So I ended up with 2 different orders, so double the items plus the new items. I right away contacted the company to cancel either the first order or the last one I made just a few minutes earlier, and I was told I couldn't cancel either of them!.
So I had to wait for the 2 deliveries and had to return one order and pay the postage myself, and then wait for the miney to be put back on my credit card.
I found that this problem should not have happened, that my second order should have been cancelled on the spot since I had just minutes before had placed the order.
