Usually good but they often have a chaoic admin system and poor follow up responses. The last orders places ( Dec 2019) were NOT acknowledged by e-mail as per the website. Whilst the books arrived in good time, the Invoices were issued one one day and ill received reminders issued the day afterwards, hardly good customer attitude. That was most irksome.
