Excellent service, I have used them for a couple of years with maybe one order every 3 or 4 months for training materials. Always delivered quickly, most recent order was delivered in 4 days.
Strengths
Very helpful when required. I only had one problem which was a delivery not going to the site I was delivering the training. It wasn't the fault of Copyshop but the delivery company in France. Copyshop acted as the go between and rearranged delivery to my hotel.
Improvements or suggestions
I can't find it on the website although it may already be there - a 'reorder' option
