First time Ive used Copyshop. Needed to order three different copy jobs. Website wasnt clear on how to place multiple jobs in one order so had to do them separately one after the other. This meant that the whole order didnt arrive together (and therefore part came too late), and I had to ring to sort a change in postage as I was charged for each one.
Strengths
The printing received was fabulous. Just what I wanted and high quality.
Staff were helpful when I had to call and sort out the invoices/postage
Improvements or suggestions
Allow your website to accept different copy jobs in one order
Send full order together and on time. Really frustrating to get one part too late for my needs and therefore have to get a local print run done, at more cost.
