Good prices, very poor customer service. A proof was sent out to my client with the wrong artwork and pages upside down (although I didn't request this) which made me look very unprofessional. I would have expected pages printed upside down to be spotted by the company rather than sending it out. When I complained and asked for a screen proof they said this would not be possible . I have been designing and working with printers for over 20 years and this is the first time I have been told a screen proof is not possible. The man Renee on the phone was rude and impatient , talking over me, not helpful at all and actually quite upsetting, constantly trying to shift the blame back to myself when I told him the problems I was experiencing. I was very worried and felt I had no control over what was being produced and that they would not help. I repeatedly stated I would need delivery BEFORE 7th October for an event (even with over 10 days notice), I had no print or delivery updates throughout the process as is usual with print companies and when I emailed to check we were on schedule for delivery it was not answered. It arrived on October 8th a day late and printed correctly. All in all, a terrible and worrying printing experience and one that damaged my reputation with my client.
