I found copyshop to be very slow to respond - I had to contact them to chase things up rather than them contacting me. They didn't communicate well about an order and then delivered it the day after I needed it. The documents were for a training course and it was very inconvenient that the students did have their course materials. Copyshop didn't apologise for sending them late. When I asked for the documents to be delivered to a different address, they said it would take more than a week and suggested that I should arrange it! I was simply staggered at how obstructive they were. The person I spoke to on the phone always sounded very grumpy.
Strengths
For recycled paper printing, the price is very reasonable.

I think the customer services employee needs to be replaced because he has zero understanding of what this means.
