Overall a very positive experience with some delay in communication

The end product was exactly as requested. Once I was speaking you alex communication was a lot better
Improvements or suggestions
Several emails to the sales inbox received no response. Improving communication would be helpful. The new website is better for ordering but I had to try several times to get the orders through recently, as it kept giving me errors
