My only quibble would be with the packaging. The internal boxes split in transit, but that may have been the carrier and may also have been that the non-standard sized books couldn't understandably have a non-standard sized box.

It took me a while to find you because I suppose there are a large number of printers - or print farmers - offering almost identical sites to attract customers. I wonder if the word 'copy' suggests photocopying rather than printing? I ended up looking for printers in areas that I visit. When I tried Worcestershire, you appeared high on the list.
