First time I ever used an on-line printing service. Rene was always available to answer queries and help me. The key question, is whether or not I'd use them again? Well, the book they printed was perfect, the colour reproduction excellent, the delivery very slightly delayed, but the price was very competitive, and the communications good. So yes, I'll be back. Thanks for a good job!
Strengths
You can talk to a human being who knows what he's talking about. I always prefer the organ grinder to the monkey.
On the technical side, the actual reproduction from my files was first -rate. I also liked that the company invoiced me only when I took delivery and was satisfied with the results. That's confidence in their workmanship!
Improvements or suggestions
The job did leave the shop a day late. I understand commercial priorities and techie problems sometimes cause delays, and I was on a short time-scale here so the delay caused some hair loss...but it all came out right in the end, even after the carrier split the delivery up on two or three different trucks.
