Improvements or suggestions
Add more details about paper type - environmentally friendly printing is important to us, but there's little information about the paper types in this respect, and no longer an option to choose recycled paper apart from for the cover?
It'd be really helpful to enter both a shipping and billing address when placing an order. The only way to do this currently is when I'm logged in, but I often then get an error message.
Another little thing that would help is to confirm the delivery address and delivery date in the confirmation email or the into-production email, so that I can double-check that the order will arrive at the requested date and address.
