This was my first attempt of using Copyshop. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good and I had to cancel two orders. Some of this was my fault as it wasn't clear exactly what I was ordering, and secondly, it is the way you present the layout ie. 2 front sheets and 10 sheets even though the document was 12 pages and I asked for back to back too. It would be good if you had a visual image of what the final document would look like. In the end I had to cancel both runs.
Strengths
Your response team were very good in coming back to me and I was able to cancel the orders when it was clear I was not going to get what I wanted.
Improvements or suggestions
Visibility of the final product to ensure you are ordering what you want - I wanted between 60 to 100 brochure style printing so an option to see the final layout would have ensured the order. Also, if you can see from the order your customer is a first time user, having a chat line may have helped me navigate around better.
