Ordered a small run of 10 hardback books. Pleasantly surprised at the price. Communication was good throughout, from placing the order right up to receiving the shipment. The books were in perfect condition and exactly how I wanted them. Could not recommend more highly.
Strengths
Easy to use ordering and uploading system, a free form text box to make sure your instructions are interpreted correctly, and most of all the finished product is high quality and priced well!
Improvements or suggestions
I honestly don't know. Everything they offered, they did perfectly. A cool feature in the website might be a "live preview" window where it shows you what your files look like on certain papers etc, but how viable that is I don't know, and it certainly isn't necessary.
