Strengths
The final product impressed by its quality. Access to information was easy with quick replies by phone - no tedious waiting - or prompt replies by email. Ease of converting from Word to a pdf and from then on to astonishingly quick delivery
Improvements or suggestions
For a novice author, I did not notice info on your website about getting the title on the spine so Vol 1 has a blank spine. After speaking to copyshop, I was able to get a title on the spine of Vol. 2
Also, with hindsight, I should have ordered a single hard copy first - much easier to proofread. Both volumes have my errors.
Perhaps you could recommend this more forcibly??
In the event you found Copyshop UK with the help of Google, what search key words did you use?
