Although competitive on price, its not easy to know if you have actually purchased the printing. Its not made clear that you will be invoiced, or indeed that the order is confirmed. Unfortunately my delivery has still not happened, so I can't comment on the quality of the printing and binding, This delay is probably to do with the bad weather we have had.

Make the ordering process clearer and state that an Invoice will be dispatched following the Order.
I sent a inquiry e-mail to the company asking about delivery time and how to pay (Invoice or credit card) and what the process is. I still do not have a reply! This is not good enough.
