Slow to respond to email enquiry. The order overview was not kept updated, which was confusing. Change your delivery contract: DPD were very slow to deliver. The delivery was due on a Thursday but was not made until the following Monday. When the package was delivered, the lift was out of order, and to avoid climbing only 2 flights of stairs, the courier asked an old lady on the ground floor to sign for the package, meaning that she had to climb the stairs to deliver it. The recipients are in their 90s and it would have been impossible to pick up the package from the ground floor when the lift was out of order.
