It was very easy to place the order and calculate the cost. it was a little disconcerting to have no contact other than an email to confirm the file had been checked and was ok. There was a problem with the delivery as the parcels were addressed to me with a postcode but no address. not sure if I caused the problem or the supplier. when I got the product I was extremely pleased with it.

because my product had a cover and the separate file was required to be printed in a certain way I wasn't sure my instructions made sense. also I chose delivery date which was strange. I would have liked a confirmation of approximate delivery date
